Children & Parenting

Parenting is hard — you don’t have to do it alone.

Child Playing Toys
If your child is struggling with focus, emotions, or behavior, it can be hard to know how to best support them.

You may be noticing:

  • Difficulty paying attention or staying on task

  • Big emotions or frequent meltdowns

  • Anxiety, worry, or low confidence

  • Challenges at school or with peers

In our work together, your child will:

  • Learn tools to manage emotions

  • Build confidence and coping skills

  • Improve focus and frustration tolerance

I also work closely with parents to make sure you feel supported and have tools you can use at home.

Parent Support & Guidance

Parenting a child who is struggling can feel overwhelming—and sometimes isolating.

You might be asking yourself:

  • “Am I handling this the right way?”

  • “Why isn’t anything working?”

  • “How do I help my child without constant conflict?”

In parent sessions, we’ll focus on:

  • Understanding your child’s needs and behavior

  • Practical strategies you can use right away

  • Reducing stress and conflict at home

  • Feeling more confident in your parenting

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

You don't have to feel overwhelmed or stuck.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you take the next step.
