ADHD SERVICES
Adult Psychotherapy
You might look like you have it together—but behind the scenes, everything feels harder than it should. I work with adults with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and mentally exhausted from trying to keep up with daily life. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns like overthinking, procrastination, and burnout, while building tools that actually work for your brain—so life can start to feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
Child Psychotherapy
Children with ADHD often experience big feelings, frustration, and difficulty with focus, transitions, or impulse control. In therapy, I help children build emotional awareness, regulation skills, and confidence in a way that feels supportive and engaging—not shaming. My approach focuses on helping kids feel understood while developing tools they can use at home, at school, and in relationships.
Through CBT, play-based therapy, and parent education, we make progress to make life for the child & family feel less overwhelming. You have a wonderful child, I just know it. Let's help them cut through the chaos and overwhelm so we can all see how wonderful they are.
Parenting Education & Support
Parenting a child with ADHD can feel overwhelming, especially when traditional strategies don’t seem to work. I support parents in understanding their child’s behavior through a more compassionate, developmentally informed lens. Together, we’ll build practical tools for navigating meltdowns, improving communication, and creating more connection and calm at home—so you can feel more confident and less alone in the process.
Someone that actually understands...
Life is hard when you have ADHD, and having a provider that understands how it causes barriers to your overall function provides the empathetic foundation necessary to conduct meaningful therapeutic work.
